The city of Covington, Kentucky is in a transitory phase of modernizing the immense legacy the town has and sought an invigorating refresh to its town hall. Our approach was to provide a revolutionary space that openly serves all people, not just its leaders, a reflection of the open communication that every city must have. Open windows on ground floor demonstrate that the city is not fearful of onlookers—this space invites visitors, encourages questions, we promotes active citizens. While not chose by the city, our playful minds ran wild for eight hours to create a dream we’re proud of.
