The Ovation project is a 25-acre urban mixed-use development sitting at the confluence of the Ohio and Licking Rivers. Ovation will grow over three phases to include approximately 1,000 residential units, 500,000 square feet of Class A office space, 524 hotel rooms, an Ovation Membership Club, and 125,000 square feet of retail and entertainment.
