Founded in 1589 by the Duke of Bavaria, Hofbrauhaus has been a part of Germany’s long and rich brewing history. The original beer hall is located in Munich, Germany but has recently gained notoriety by expanding its locations around the world. Hofbrauhaus Newport was the first of its kind to open in North America. Each beer hall strives to offer the most authentic Hofbrauhaus experience through decor, food and drink.
Capturing the essence of an authentic beer hall, this restaurant features design motifs, fixtures and detail native to German heritage. The design of the building, layout of space and traditional food and beer brewed on-site all contribute to creating a true German beer hall experience.
